They're on the lookout for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, who has some experience working with children with challenging behaviours and behavioural problems, to join our dynamic team, making a real difference in the lives of children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2). The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering children with diverse needs. Whether in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, you'll be the guiding light, supporting individualized learning and emotional well-being. Dive into the heart of the classroom, facilitating plans and creating immersive lessons that spark curiosity and growth. Ideal Candidate: We're seeking a compassionate soul with a heart for education. Your experience working with children with ASD or specialized qualifications in SEN will be invaluable. More than that, your kindness, empathy, and resilience will shine through, making every child feel seen, heard, and valued. Responsibilities: * Collaborate seamlessly with our passionate educators to deliver targeted support tailored to the needs of EYFS, KS1, or KS2 students with SEN. * Implement creative and dynamic teaching methodologies, igniting a love for learning in every child. * Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere, prioritizing social and emotional well-being alongside academic growth. * Engage students in stimulating classroom activities, fostering participation and enthusiasm in their educational journey. * Build strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and fellow professionals, working together to support each child's holistic development. Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience working with children in educational settings, preferably within EYFS, KS1, or KS2. * A deep understanding of special educational needs and a flexible approach to implementing effective teaching strategies. * Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the individual needs of every child.
